I have invested most of my life working very closely with hundreds of churches around the world either as a pastor, consultant or providing life coaching services to pastors, elders, deacons and members of their congregations (i.e. ministry, business, government, education and community leaders). Although, I personally love to work with men and women of all cultures and diverse backgrounds, I must say that I have found a renewed energy and spirit to share with the church the Taking the Lead program and impact strategy that our team has been working on for several years.

Today, more than ever, we need Christian men to step up to take the lead to make a difference in our ministries, families, workplace and our communities at large. As I have studied the Scriptures, I discovered the healthiest church in the New Testament was the Church at Thessalonica.

This is the only church we read about in the New Testament that manifested the three qualifying attributes of maturity: faith, hope and love. Paul praises the church for its “works of faith, steadfastness of hope and labor of love.” This church had it all!

Church Program Opportunities

	Small Group Sessions.  The Taking the Lead tools are perfect for a small group study session. Study materials are comprised of a book, study guide, CD and a DVD.
